GRAHAM Polak will today make a surprise visit to Richmond training, continuing his remarkable return from the collision with a Melbourne tram at the end of June.

It is understood that the Tigers were unaware of Polak’s intentions to visit his teammates until this morning, in a move that will no doubt spur his team on ahead of their important clash with premiers Geelong.

Whilst not available for comment, the visit no doubt is a good sign in his recovery from the injury, once thought to possibly leave him with permanent brain damage.
