WEST Coast’s Daniel Kerr remains troubled by the after effects of a stingray attack at Port Melbourne beach last Saturday.

The Eagles star, while sore, is expected to be available for their round 15 clash against an enigmatic Richmond.

“I’m healthy in the sense that the mind and body’s healthy, I’m just a little bit sore in the ankle where the stingray has actually stung me,” he said.

“It’s not just sore where it stung me, there is a lot of swelling around the area.”

Kerr is the second player to come off second best after coming into contact with a stingray at Port Melbourne beach.

Earlier this season, Bulldog draftee Jarrad Grant was stung as he was completing a recovery session.
