STYNES SET TO MAKE HIS MOVE

Former Melbourne great and Brownlow medalist Jim Stynes will tomorrow make his move on the Melbourne Presidency when he meets with current President Paul Gardiner in search of a smooth transition in the board in as soon as the next month.

‘The Footy Show’ has reported that Stynes has prepared his potential board, which includes some of those on existing board as well as other significant Melbourne people.

Gardner tonight has confirmed that Stynes will meet himself tomorrow in search of a smooth transition however he has admitted he will not hand over the presidency easy, “The members elect the board and the board elect the chairman, it is not mine to hand over.”
