What does the dream team have in common? They hate the Vics! Thats there motivation! You think the SA and WA and Sydney palyers are just going to let the Vics win?
g’day fellas love the segment!!
what do you think of the Kangaroos chance this year and will they be a threat in September??
Also do you know much about Jesse Smiths ankles?? is his career over already??
Do you support the introduction of free agency? I think free agency should come into play after 6 or maybe 7 seasons at the one club (assuming that a player plays 22 games a season, this would equate to between 130- 150 games).
Yes, we want an even competition, but won’t the salary cap prevent clubs writing cheques that they can’t afford to have cashed?
And there’s no guarantee of players only wanting to go to the “big 4″ Melbourne clubs - Essendon haven’t been able to attract a big name since Des Tuddenham and their bank balance is massive!
Story floating around about West Coast targetting big name Westaern Australians at other clubs to return home at the end of the year.
Who are the big WA names out of contract?
Is this the best way forward for West Coast?
Hutchy, How can the AFL have their centernery celebrations in 1996 celebrating 100 years of footy, and then have their 150th year celebrations in 2008?, how does this work?
For crying out loud what do we have to do to hear about Adelaide week after week we hear about Melbourne (Gary) Tigers (Caro) Kangaroos (Glen). Lets hear about the Adelaide football club it is a national football league remember.
Its fine to blame the Time Keepers and AFL for the lost 11 secs, but is there a better system that won’t overly effect the game? I mean there is talk about the NFL and NBA, but they take like 2 - 5 mins to sort out clock in accuracy’s. Do we want that? No matter how professional the Time Keepers are, they are still human, and therefor are prone to Human mistakes. And how much time do we worry about, 1sec, 2s, 3s, 5s or 10+ seconds?
(Sorry, I know this is a rant rather then a question but I really think the Media is over simplifying the issue with out coming up with valid and fool proof methods around it. I personally think its an error and we should get over it).
Do you think Hawthorn\’s forward line has the potential to be one of the greatest in the modern era?
I know it is big call but with the likes of Franklin (21), Roughead (21), Williams (23) and Rioli (18) we may look back in 10 years time at what was the most damaging forward line in modern times.

I think the injury pull outs is a bigger worry!

Hutchy,
should club\’s be worried that the new Gold Coat consortium may steal their un-contracted players and future stars by offering them more money?
I don\’t think people out there realise the threat the new Gold Coast team poses to those club\’s with players yet to sign past 2010.
